Cancellation Policy

We do not currently charge a cancellation or rescheduling fee for bookings. However, as we value and respect your time we request you do the same for us.

‍For any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, we request you do so ASAP by following the instructions inside the confirmation email we sent you or contact us.

All of our ceramic coatings and PPF come with a warranty. If the protection does not last for the designated warranty period, we will replace it free of charge. However, for the warranty to remain valid, the following conditions must be met:

Maintenance: The vehicle must be washed exclusively through our maintenance programs. We cannot guarantee protection longevity if the vehicle is washed by other services, as their methods and products may degrade the ceramic coating or PPF.

‍Regular Maintenance: The vehicle must not go unwashed for more than 2 months to prevent buildup that could affect the protection.

Damage Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, vandalism, or neglect. Any damage that affects the ceramic coating will void the warranty.

‍Non-Transferable Warranty: The warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to a new owner if the vehicle changes ownership.

‍One-Time Redemption: This warranty may only be redeemed once for any replacement or repair of the coating.

What is a Deep Clean?

A deep clean is an intensive and thorough cleaning service that goes beyond regular cleaning/washing. It addresses heavily soiled areas, removes stubborn stains, and eliminates embedded contaminants, both inside and or outside the vehicle (depending on which service you choose). This process helps restore your vehicles appearance to its best possible condition.

My vehicle’s not that dirty—do I really need a Deep Clean?

Even if your vehicle seems relatively clean, our Deep Clean Services are often still necessary before transitioning to our Maintenance Services. We focus on detailing every inch of your vehicle to a level that ensures it’s free from hidden contaminants and grime that may not be visible to the eye while adding protection. This initial service sets a high baseline standard for your car, ensuring that future maintenance washes are truly effective and provide the best results.

How is this different from a regular wash?

Unlike a quick, surface-level car wash that takes under an hour, our Complete Deep Clean is a comprehensive, top-to-bottom cleaning designed to refresh every inch of your vehicle and protect it, usually taking between 5-7 hours (depending on vehicle size).

Can I customise this service?

Yes! We offer a range of optional add-ons, including interior dressing, engine bay cleaning, ceramic coatings and more! You can view all off our optional add-ons here.

Does this service include paint correction?

No, paint correction is not included in our Complete Deep Clean. For paint correction, you will want to look at our 1-step or 2-step paint correction services which include a deep clean and paint correction. Interior deep clean is included as an optional add-on for our Paint Correction Services.

Does this remove stubborn stains?

Our interior deep clean is designed to tackle most common stains, including food and drink spills. However, some tougher stains that may have been there for years may not be possible to remove completely.

How do I maintain my vehicle after a Deep Clean?

To keep your vehicle looking pristine after a Deep Clean, you should hand wash it with the correct products and techniques and avoid automatic car washes. We offer personalised maintenance options for your exact needs and budget.

Do I need to be present?

No! As long as we have access to the vehicle, power and water, we are all set. Before and after photos and videos will be sent to your phone for your final approval and payment can be arranged online.
