These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Detailing101 services and website. By booking or accessing our website, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Provided
1.1 Detailing101 agrees to provide car detailing services as specified at the time of booking.
1.2 The customer acknowledges that results may vary depending on the vehicle’s condition, age, and previous care.

2. Booking and Payment
2.1 The customer agrees to pay the full amount for the services selected.
2.2 Payment Options:
Online Payment: Customers may pay online through a secure payment link after job completion. Detailing101 does not store any payment information. Payment is due within 24 hours of job completion.
In-Person Payment: Alternatively, customers may pay in person upon completion of services. Accepted payment methods are displayed on-site or can be viewed here.
2.3 Additional services requested may incur fees. Any extra charges will be communicated to the customer before commencement.
2.4 A travel fee may apply for service locations outside our designated service area.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
3.1 Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as soon as possible by following the instructions inside the booking confirmation email or by contacting us here.

4. Right to Refuse Work
4.1 Detailing101 reserves the right to refuse detailing services at its discretion.
4.2 Reasons for refusal may include, but are not limited to:
• Unsafe or hazardous conditions.
• Inappropriate or aggressive behaviour from the customer.
• Refusal to accept applicable surcharges.
4.3 If Detailing101 refuses to perform a service, any payments made by the customer will be refunded.

5. Surcharges
5.1 All applicable surcharges are mandatory, and the customer agrees to pay these fees.
5.2 Pricing Adjustment: Prices listed on the website are worst-case scenarios. Final pricing will be confirmed after vehicle inspection. If actual conditions are better than anticipated, the price may be adjusted downward. Customers will be informed of the final price and any applicable surcharges before any work begins.

6. Liability
6.1 Detailing101 will exercise reasonable care while performing detailing services but is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or improper vehicle maintenance.
6.2 The customer is responsible for removing all valuable items from the vehicle before service.
6.3 Detailing101 is not liable for any personal items lost or left in the vehicle.
6.4 Detailing101 and any companies whose products we use for DIY maintenance services are not responsible for damage arising from the customer’s use of products supplied by us.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee
7.1 Detailing101 is committed to customer satisfaction. If the customer is not satisfied with the services provided, Detailing101 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues to the customer’s satisfaction.

8. Claims and Results Disclaimer
8.1 Claims made by Detailing101 on our website are made with the best intent. However, results may vary depending on various factors related to the vehicle’s condition and maintenance history.

9. Privacy
9.1 Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how Detailing101 collects, uses, and shares information when you use our detailing services or visit our website.

10. Ownership of Content
10.1 All original content on the Detailing101 website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of Detailing101 and is protected by intellectual property laws.
10.2 Any stock images on the website are sourced from Pexels and remain the property of their respective creators. These images are used under Pexels’ licensing terms, permitting commercial use without attribution.
10.3 Reproduction, distribution, or use of any website content without Detailing101’s express written consent is prohibited, except where permitted by Pexels’ licensing terms for stock images.

11. Limitation of Services
11.1 Detailing101 reserves the right to limit services based on the vehicle’s condition, specific requirements, and available resources.
11.2 Certain services or guarantees may not apply to vehicles with excessive wear or severe damage.

12. Warranty on Services
12.1 Service warranties, if applicable, will be provided at the time of booking and may vary depending on the specific service selected. View full warranty terms here.
13.1 The warranty is only valid while our business remains operational. If our business discontinues, the warranty will no longer apply.

13. Commercial Vehicles
13.1 Commercial/work vehicles are subject to a custom quote and may not follow the standard prices displayed on our website.

14. Maintenance Program Terms
14.1 The maximum time between maintenance cleans is one month. If more than one month passes without a maintenance clean, the customer will be removed from the maintenance program, losing all associated benefits and any free maintenance cleans accumulated.
14.2 Customers claiming a free maintenance clean or maintenance kit after their initial detail must do so within one month, following the same terms as outlined in Section 14.1.

15. Governing Law
15.1 These terms and conditions are governed by Australian law. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Australia.

16. Amendments
16.1 Detailing101 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
