Cancellation Policy

We do not currently charge a cancellation or rescheduling fee for bookings. However, as we value and respect your time we request you do the same for us.

‍For any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, we request you do so ASAP by following the instructions inside the confirmation email we sent you or contact us.

All of our ceramic coatings and PPF come with a warranty. If the protection does not last for the designated warranty period, we will replace it free of charge. However, for the warranty to remain valid, the following conditions must be met:

Maintenance: The vehicle must be washed exclusively through our maintenance programs. We cannot guarantee protection longevity if the vehicle is washed by other services, as their methods and products may degrade the ceramic coating or PPF.

‍Regular Maintenance: The vehicle must not go unwashed for more than 2 months to prevent buildup that could affect the protection.

Damage Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, vandalism, or neglect. Any damage that affects the ceramic coating will void the warranty.

‍Non-Transferable Warranty: The warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to a new owner if the vehicle changes ownership.

‍One-Time Redemption: This warranty may only be redeemed once for any replacement or repair of the coating.

What to Expect

Give your cars exterior the pinnacle treatment and turn back time on your paintwork. Removes medium-heavy of paint & glass imperfections such as swirl marks, light scratches, water marks and oxidisation through a 2-step machine compound and polish to reveal a glossy mirror finish. Protected with a 12-month graphene coating. Everything from our Exterior Deep Clean service is included.

What is the difference between a 1-Step and 2-Step Paint Correction?

A 1-Step Paint Correction is a process that involves a single stage of machine polishing to remove light to moderate imperfections, such as swirl marks, light scratches, and oxidation. It’s a great option if you want to significantly enhance your car’s appearance with fewer working hours, making it more cost-effective.

A 2-Step Paint Correction goes deeper and uses an additional compound/cutting stage to tackle more severe defects, followed by a refining polish for a even more refined and glossy finish then the 1-Step. If you want to absolute best finish for your cars paint and or have heavier defects, then this is for you. However, It is essentially twice the working time so you have balance cost vs performance.

Is there any risk of damaging the paint during the correction process?

There is always a risk when doing a paint correction, as you are removing paint and could potentially go through the clear coat causing permanent damage. However, when we measure the paint thickness, use the correct equipment and techniques for your specific vehicle, a paint correction is very safe.

Will a Paint Correction remove existing protection?

Yes, the polishing process will remove any previous waxes, sealants, or coatings on your vehicle. If you wish to maintain any protection, a reapplication will be needed after the correction.

Can I add additional protection like Ceramic Coating after a 2-Step Paint Correction?

Yes! We highly recommend it. Ceramic coatings offer the highest durability and will keep your car protected for years with proper maintenance. Does this include an Interior Detail? Can I customise this service?

This does not include an Interior Detail however you can add it as an optional add-on! We also offer a range of other optional add-ons, including other correction areas such as wheels, engine bay cleaning, ceramic coatings and more! You can view all off our optional add-ons here.

How do I maintain my vehicle after a Paint Correction?

To keep your vehicle looking pristine after a Deep Clean, you should hand wash it with the correct products and techniques and avoid automatic car washes. We offer personalised maintenance options for your exact needs and budget.

Do I need to be present?

No! As long as we have access to the vehicle, power and water, we are all set. Before and after photos and videos will be sent to your phone for your final approval and payment can be arranged online.
