Cancellation Policy

We do not currently charge a cancellation or rescheduling fee for bookings. However, as we value and respect your time we request you do the same for us.

‍For any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, we request you do so ASAP by following the instructions inside the confirmation email we sent you or contact us.

All of our ceramic coatings and PPF come with a warranty. If the protection does not last for the designated warranty period, we will replace it free of charge. However, for the warranty to remain valid, the following conditions must be met:

Maintenance: The vehicle must be washed exclusively through our maintenance programs. We cannot guarantee protection longevity if the vehicle is washed by other services, as their methods and products may degrade the ceramic coating or PPF.

‍Regular Maintenance: The vehicle must not go unwashed for more than 2 months to prevent buildup that could affect the protection.

Damage Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, vandalism, or neglect. Any damage that affects the ceramic coating will void the warranty.

‍Non-Transferable Warranty: The warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to a new owner if the vehicle changes ownership.

‍One-Time Redemption: This warranty may only be redeemed once for any replacement or repair of the coating.

What to Expect

There is a lot of confusion around ceramic coatings, but essentially, they are another form of protection similar to a wax. However, ceramic coatings are currently the most advanced form of protection for your vehicle, offering the strongest durability with the longest duration (years), incredible slickness, water beading effects, and enhanced gloss for your vehicles wheels like no other. If you want the absolute best in car care in terms of protection for your car's wheels, then this is for you.

Note: The standard price is for 4 wheel faces. We can protect additional wheels (such as a spare) if needed for an increased price. You can let us know in the comments when you book or let us know on the day if this is something you need! If you have painted brake callipers, they will be coated for zero extra cost.

How long does a Wheel Ceramic Coating last?

It is a common misconception that a ceramic coating is a one and done deal and after its applied, you don't have to maintain it. This is not the case. If you do not maintain it properly, it will eventually fail. Assuming correct maintenance is done, you can expect at least 2 years.

When should I get a Wheel Ceramic Coating?

The best time to get a ceramic coating is right after a paint correction, as it helps preserve that crystal clear finish and effectively ‘locks in’ the appearance of the wheels. While we can apply a ceramic coating without performing a paint correction in special cases, it’s generally not recommended. This is because any defects or imperfections present in your vehicle’s wheels will still be visible and will become ‘sealed’ under the coating.

What is the difference between Ceramic Coating and Waxing?

Ceramic coatings offer far more durability and protection compared to traditional waxes. While wax needs reapplication every few months, ceramic coatings can last several years and provide enhanced properties and resistance against the elements.

How do I maintain my Ceramic Coating?

To keep your vehicles ceramic coating in top condition, you should hand wash it with the correct products and techniques and avoid automatic car washes. If you would like to maintain it yourself, we offer a free maintenance kit after your correction along with instructions and demonstration. Can I wash my vehicle after a Ceramic Coating is applied?

You should avoid getting your vehicle wet for at least 24 hours after application and wait at least 7 days until washing it.

These are not the typical dealer "ceramic coatings" that promise to last 10 years but fade after a few washes.
